Chef Michele has skillfully changed up two flavorful dishes using this premium beef - Hand flatten “Battuta” of Scotch Premier Tenderloin in Piedmont style served with a light anchovies sauce, marinated mushrooms and Parmigiano Reggiano as starter and Pan-fried “Filet Mignon” from Scotch Premier tenderloin, sautéed porcini mushrooms and Yorkshire pudding with Grana Padano and horseradish cream as one of the mains. Beef aficionados are sure to love the unique flavor and wholesomeness of those dishes. |

To complement these two special new entries, Chef Michele has also prepared the refreshing Italian style Soup of chickpeas and octopus flavoured with rosemary to stimulate your appetite further while also tempting your palate with aromatic herbs. If you are not a red-meat lover, try the tasty and rare Monkfish tail “ossobuco” stew with fresh tomatoes and vegetables, saffron mashed potato, dusted with classic lemon gremolata. The tail meat of the monkfish is dense, sweet, and very similar to lobster tail meat in both flavor and texture. The price for the set menu starts from HK$ 548. |
